1. Eligible Services for Refund:
   Refunds are available for the following hosting packages only:

   • Web Hosting
   • Reseller Hosting
   • Master Reseller Hosting
   • Python and Node.js App Hosting

2. Non-Refundable Services:
   Refunds are not available for domain registrations, as these services are paid on an annual basis. If a free domain is provided with the purchase of a Reseller Hosting or Master Reseller Hosting package, the domain registration fee ($13) will be deducted from the refund.

3. Refund Limitations:
   Refunds are limited to one request per customer. Multiple services or multiple sign-ups do not qualify for additional refunds.

4. Refund Processing Time:
   Once your refund request is processed, please allow up to 15-30 working days for the refund to be completed.

5. Refund Eligibility:
   Refunds are only applicable if the active services are canceled within 30 days from the date of activation.

6. Refund Method:
   Refunds will be issued via E-Sewa and will be processed within 15-30 working days.

7. Violation of Terms:
   Refunds will not be granted to accounts closed due to violations of MeroHosting’s Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.

8. Domain Transfers:
   Domains registered through any offer cannot be transferred out of MeroHosting.
